All services booked at Black Honey require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, and will go towards your final balance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled in less than the 24 hours, the client will be charged 50% off their service. Clients will be allowed a 10 minute grace period for their appointments. After the !0 minutes, the client will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of their service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% off the service booked. All travel services within a 10 mile radius will have a fee of $10; any travel services over 10 miles will an additional $1 per mile.
